Privacy policy

The short version

This website is a set of static pages. There is no account system, no contact form and no server that receives your data. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not set cookies.

What stays in your browser

Two features store information locally, on your own device, and nothing is transmitted anywhere:

• Saved properties. When you tap the heart on a listing, the property reference is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still marked when you return. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• The property assistant. The conversation is generated entirely in your browser from a fixed script. Your answers are not sent to us or to any third party, and they are discarded when you close the page.

What we receive when you contact us

Every enquiry button on this site opens WhatsApp. When you send a message you share your phone number and whatever you write with us, and the message passes through WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply. We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and to look for suitable property. We do not sell it or pass it to advertisers.

If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook, those platforms handle that interaction under their own policies.

Third-party services this site loads

• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address as part of it.
• Hosting — the site is served as static files, and the host's standard server logs may record requests.

Images, scripts and styles are otherwise served from this site itself.

Your choices

You can clear locally stored data at any time through your browser settings. If you have contacted us and would like us to delete the conversation and your details from our records, message us and we will do it.

Changes

If this site later adds analytics, a form, or any other data collection, this page will be updated before that happens rather than afterwards.
